Talk/Visit Subject Workington lifeboat station is the only station to have an all weather lifeboat launched by a davit system over the dock wall. The station also has a new D class lifeboat, which is a re-engineered and updated version of the original D class. The event will comprise of a talk about the lifeboat station followed by a tour of the facilities.
